Site Supervisor
The
primary duty of the Site Supervisor is the management of the
Supported Living residential program, which involves oversight of the provision
of services to persons served in accordance with their individual plans of care
and in compliance with applicable rules, regulations and accreditation
standards. The Site Supervisor is responsible for staff scheduling and
coordination, complaint investigation, service coordination, oversight of
client fund expenditures and regular staff meetings
This
is a full-time position requiring a four-year bachelor's degree and at least
one year of experience working with persons with disabilities. A strong
preference will be given toward applicants with supervisory experience and
coursework which will lead to certification as a federally defined Qualified
Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP).
